Cuisine
A wide range of both Western and Mongolian dishes are freshly prepared to suit your needs. Wherever possible, locally produced organic ingredients are used which ensures both freshness and our aim of supporting the local economy. For groups and larger parties we recommend the famous Mongolian Khorkhog, a dish consisting of meat and vegetables cooked with hot rocks in a sealed metal container. The lodge is also able to prepare a number of vegetarian dishes upon request. The restaurant is a large ger, decorated in traditional Mongolian fashion, and is a perfect place to enjoy your dinner and to meet other guests.
